I have been very healthy my whole life. I am in my 60's now, and still healthy. I want to share what I have done to stay healthy. Includes diet, exercise and sound sleep.
Staying healthy is a lifestyle. Eating healthy. Mostly fresh vegetables and fruits, chicken and fish. Try avoiding fast foods, especially fried foods. Exercising has to be part of your daily and weekly regimen. Try to limit your stress so you get quality sleep.
I just want to share what I have done to stay healthy,
I am know in my sixties, and have rarely been sick.
